The art of manufacturing has been a heritage of Florentine artisans since the Renaissance. In 1950, Nello Gigli established his firm specializing in art decorations made with Murano blown glass, inspired by the Venetian XVIII century, precisely in Sesto Fiorentino, near Florence.

Over the years, the company evolved, extending its presence in the Italian market and beginning to export its goods internationally.

Thanks to continuous research into style and taste, and the ever-changing demands of consumers, today’s production focuses on furnishing accessories crafted from thick glass combined with bronze and brass frames finished in 24-carat gold, as well as a wide range of lighting solutions.

Mass production is not part of the company’s strategy, which prioritizes custom-made products to an ever-growing extent. We are ready to meet the needs of architects and interior designers by creating products tailored to luxurious and exclusive furnishing projects.

Nello Gigli remains a leader in both the Italian and international markets thanks to the philosophy of the general manager, who, for over 35 years, has conceived, studied, and designed these elegant creations with his team, using only materials that are 100% MADE IN ITALY.
